A bittersweet coming-of-age novel where the struggle of seeing the world as a child slams head on into the adult world of avoidance, desire and the struggle of whats right. The seriousness of the novel comes when what is right isn't whats best for those you love, and then when those you love are responsible for wrong, Marcelo must ask how do we overcome it?
